Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

These Booking Terms apply specifically to reservations made for JRNYS experiences operated by Getaway Guru LLC.

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Payment Schedule

Payment plans, if offered, must be completed by the stated final payment deadline. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations by Traveler

If you cancel your reservation:

• Deposits remain non-refundable
• Refund eligibility depends on third-party vendor policies
• Cancellation penalties may apply

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to wheregarynat@gmail.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on payments received and third-party vendor policies. JRNYS and Getaway Guru LLC are not responsible for reimbursement through travel insurance providers.

4. Cancellations by Company

If Getaway Guru LLC cancels a trip due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a refund of payments made directly to the Company, excluding non-recoverable vendor expenses.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all JRNYS participants.

All travelers must purchase comprehensive travel insurance no later than thirty (30) days prior to the trip departure date.

Coverage must include, at minimum:

• Trip cancellation and interruption

• Emergency medical coverage (minimum $100,000 recommended)

• Emergency medical evacuation coverage (minimum $250,000 recommended)

Participants are responsible for ensuring their policy meets these requirements.

Proof of valid insurance coverage may be requested at any time and must be provided no later than fourteen (14) days prior to departure.

Failure to obtain or provide proof of required travel insurance may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

Travelers may purchase insurance during registration through Trawick International, or a provider of their choice. Commonly used travel insurance providers include, but are not limited to:

• Allianz Travel Insurance

• World Nomads

• Travel Guard (AIG)

• IMG (International Medical Group)

• Seven Corners

• GeoBlue

• Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection

JRNYS by Where Garyn At?, operated by Getaway Guru LLC, does not endorse or guarantee any specific insurance provider and is not responsible for the performance or coverage decisions of any insurer.

JRNYS is not responsible for medical expenses, trip interruptions, delays, missed flights, personal emergencies, or other losses that would otherwise be covered by travel insurance.

By submitting payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this insurance requirement.

7. Pricing

Trip pricing is subject to change until deposit is received. Once confirmed, pricing will not increase unless due to government-imposed taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier increases outside our control.

8. Acceptance

Submission of payment constitutes agreement to these Booking Terms.
