JRNYS by Where Garyn At? (“JRNYS”) is a brand operated by Getaway Guru LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or participating in any JRNYS experience, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a JRNYS experience, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of Services

JRNYS curates and hosts international group travel experiences. Getaway Guru LLC acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator between participants and third-party vendors including, but not limited to, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, and destination partners.

We do not own or operate the third-party suppliers that provide travel services. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, negligence, or failures.

3. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, illness, injury, accidents, political instability, weather disruptions, or unforeseen global events.

By booking a JRNYS experience, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow travelers, hosts, and local communities.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or detrimental to the group experience.

5. Itinerary Changes

While itineraries are curated with care, adjustments may be necessary due to weather, local conditions, vendor availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries to ensure safety and overall experience quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Getaway Guru LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in any JRNYS experience.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Getaway Guru LLC for the applicable trip.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, photography, text, and design elements, is the property of Getaway Guru LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Media Release

By participating in a JRNYS experience, you grant Getaway Guru LLC permission to use photographs and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided prior to travel.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
